As a Service Knowledge Analyst , you will work alongside the wider Service Introduction Team to operate and maintain knowledge about services in use within the bank.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Create, build, and maintain a Service Catalogue library for use by Operations, Change Management, and Incident Management
- Maintain existing knowledge stores such as the Service Schedules.
- Maintain and improve knowledge management systems and process liaising with the Service Introduction, Service Engagement, MIMS, Change Management, Operations, SPOC Helpdesk and CMDB teams.
- Develop, update, maintain, and produce content for knowledge bases, FAQs, and web tools .
- Assess data quality and create and apply data standards. Conduct statistical tests and create reports.
What you'll bring.
- Demonstrated experience of cross-functional working and the ability to build key relationships across Technology teams and the wider organisation.
- Significant experience working in a Service role.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and technologies used to deliver services.
- Strong relationship and influencing skills, with the ability to work closely with Technology teams.
- Strong governance and process adherence; with the ability to deliver an excellent customer service experience.
- Must champion the use of CMDB, ITSM Toolsets and collaboration tools as appropriate.
Certified in ITILv3 or above.
