This spectacular caravan park is situated on the doorstep of the sheltered, picturesque Clarach Bay, meaning you can step out of your caravan and straight onto the beach!
Overview:
We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and be proficient in office tasks.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry and filing
- Utilise Excel for basic accounting tasks
- Manage office supplies and maintain an organised reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and assist with meeting coordination
- Use Outlook for email communication and document management
Requirements:
- Proficient in computerised systems, including data entry
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and scanners
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
