Job Summary and key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• To manage a team of Move Managers
• To manage a personal sales progression case load
• To assist with coaching, development, and motivation within the wider department.
• To assist the Head of Move Management in the future development of the department.
• Participation in achieving predictions and pipeline conversion.
• Monitor results and identify issues for development and training.
• Assist and work with department to achieve required predictions and pipeline conversion.
• Train and develop staff skill set.
• Conduct staff appraisals/reviews/retention.
• Reporting of figures and auditing files.
• Liaising with branch managers & RSD's

• Management experience
