Overview:

The Transformation Manager will play a critical in driving strategic change initiatives within the agency. This will focus on improving operational productivity, assessing and integrating new technologies, and enhancing the agency ways of working. You will manage the Continuous Innovation Pathway (CIP) programme working closely with cross-functional client and agency teams to sustain progress and ensure the successful implementation of transformation projects.

The CIP programme is an important and relatively new initiative within the agency that's critical to how we evolve the way we service the client and stay at the forefront of the market. The requires a positive and pro-active transformation manager to help support and optimize its integration into the agency and over time grow its impact.

Responsibilities:

The Transformation Manager will:

  • Work with the Transformation Lead and Service Leads to define transformation opportunities across the agency service model.
  • You will be assigned specific initiatives to deep dive on with the teams - setting objectives, conducting discovery assessments, building value cases and drafting implementation roadmaps
  • Manage the weekly internal and client status across all transformation initiatives - proactive management of the agenda and attendees, work with initiative leads to track and report progress,
  • Support the value casing of the initiatives across the CIP programme and tracking of overall programme impact.
  • Be the driving force ensuring delivery of key initiatives, reporting status into Transformation Lead and wider Leadership Team network as required

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Utilise project management methodologies to plan, execute, and track progress.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Creating and maintaining clear status documents and trackers

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with leadership to define transformation goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on project scopes and timelines.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and commitment to transformation initiatives.

Technology Integration:

  • Work with SMEs to evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance marketing capabilities.
  • Work with IT, Legal and other departments to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of new tools and platforms.

Change Management:

  • Develop and implement change management plans to support transformation efforts.
  • Design training and support to teams to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the agency.

Performance Measurement:

  • Define value cases and KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project progress and outcomes.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for further improvement.

Person Specification

Experience/Skills:

  • Extensive integrated agency experience is essential, or a related field with a focus on transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Exceptionally organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a complex and varied workload
  • Confident in being client facing and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint
  • Experience with Workfront (SynOps for Marketing) beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Adept at working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Jaguar Land Rover experience beneficial
