In addition to, maintaining our 5-star quality at all times to exceed our guests expectations through the development of exciting new products and ways of working to the highest health and hygiene standards About You We are seeking a Customer-Oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the preparation and service of food and drinks, supporting the wider tour team and inspiring them on quality standards. This will include providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere in our café and bar. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be able to work well in a team, and have a passion for delivering outstanding service to our valued customers. RESPONSIBILITIES With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be Responsible for delivering 5 star food and beverage standards and customer service with outstanding presentation in our fast paced café and bar Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner, have the product knowledge to offer advice. Ensure that food and drinks are prepared and presented according to established standards. Accurate use of the EPOS system processing sales, cash handling, uploading new items and stock taking. Maintain a clean and organised work area, including cleaning tables, counters and equipment. Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure availability but minimise waste. Following licensing laws, and our responsible drinking principles at all times. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner. Lead the delivery of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer service SKILLS & EXPERIENCE The skills and experience needed to create your legacy Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. The ability to stand for long periods and lift and carry trays or equipment if required. Knowledge of different kinds of hot beverages. There is no need for a Barista qualification as our machine is fully automated. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
