Key Responsibilities :

• To conduct independent compliance audits in stores within an assigned geographical area.
• Debrief the Store Manager or representative on the audit result and identified issues or compliance weakness and provide guidance on key actions required to address failures and consequences of not addressing them.
• Provide a summary of store result to the relevant Area Manager / Senior Retail Auditor
• Escalate identified compliance or business process related issues to the Senior Retail Auditor or Senior Audit Manager.
• Provide initial guidance on the completion of an action plan to address said issues.
• Communicate result to relevant Senior Retail Auditor and Area Manager
• Working to key deadlines to ensure that the organisation accomplishes its objectives to minimise business risks by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to the evaluation of fundamental business procedures and processes.
• Accurately measure store compliance to current policies and procedures and provide clear concise reporting on findings to ensure all stakeholders understand where weaknesses lie and what is required to improve
• Adaptable to system and procedural changes within a fast-moving retail environment
• Have a flexible approach to work, being prepared to spend time away from home
• Assist Retail Audit team with ad hoc projects as required

• Senior Audit Manager/ Senior Retail Auditor
• Area Manager
• Store Manager

What you'll need to succeed :

• Proven track record of delivering great compliance standards at Superdrug, ideally consistent Green audits of stores you have managed!
• Experience working in a customer service environment preferably multisite
• UK Driving Licence and confidence to travel to our stores across a wide geographical location
• Willingness to stay away from home in order to travel to various stores
• Keen eye for detail
• Strong bias towards and passionate about compliance
• Excellent organisational and communication skills: written and verbal
