What we are looking for: We are looking for a professional and experienced Night Shift Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our growing Engineering team. As a Night Shift Multi-Skilled Engineer you will be responsible for providing breakdown cover when the factory is in production and to carry out PPM on all machinery, ensuring that a proactive approach is adopted to maintaining good machinery and operating efficiencies within a timely manner. The new hire will work collaboratively with other functions, taking hands on approach, and providing support, where required, outside core functional responsibilities. Key responsibilities as a Night Shift Multi-Skilled Engineer will be:

• Maintenance of a wide variety of equipment within a fresh food processing and packing operation, including Baader, Marel and Multivac.
• Responding to breakdowns of high-speed lines minimising line downtime
• Adherence to the planned maintenance system
• Taking ownership of small projects within the department
• Working within Hilton Group H&S Framework to promote good H&S Culture and best practice

Required experience/expertise to succeed as a Night Shift Multi-Skilled Engineer will include:

• Previously worked in similar FMCG environment
• Specific equipment knowledge and experience preferable
• Time Served recognised apprenticeship
• At least 3 years' experience beyond this apprenticeship
• BTEC Level 3 or above in Engineering Disc
