Job Responsibility:

Job Role: Finance Integration Administrator

Location: New Milton

Hours: Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)

Contract: 6 months FTC

Salary: £24,035 per annum plus benefits -pro rata

Main Responsibilities

  • New development and fund set up
  • Validation and loading of initial property budgets
  • Set-up and uploading of tenant matrices
  • Processing first completion funds and information
  • Ensuring that all new customers receive a Welcome Letter
  • Ensuring financial handover is complete and accurate
  • Ongoing review of processes and procedures
  • Set an example for others by championing the Company values, Customer Charter principles and the Code of Business Conduct
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required within the Estates Finance function

Skills and Experience

  • You are passionate about starting a career in finance and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Having a strong customer focus, means you can use your initiative in problem solving, and are keen to resolve queries promptly and effectively, and are adaptable and flexible in your approach.
  • You are IT savvy and have strong computer literacy skills in particular Excel.
