Job Description:
Eatchu is seeking a detail-oriented Production Technician to join our friendly team. This role is essential for maintaining our high standards of food quality and consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Ingredient Preparation: Wash, chop, and slice veg.
- Portioning: Accurately measure and portion ingredients.
- Equipment Handling: Operate kitchen equipment safely.
- Stock Management: Assist in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries and sending out deliveries to our various sites.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean workspace, adhering to our clean-as-you-go policy and food safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the prep kitchen manager and other team members.
- Autonomous Working: Manage your tasks independently and ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- Experience: Would suit a skilled chef or a production worker looking to get away from evening shifts
- Skills: Attention to detail and an ability to learn new processes.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team.
- Time Management: Good organizational skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends in order to ramp up production
