Job Title: Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced supervisor to oversee the operations of our restaurant's dining area. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a smooth flow of service, and managing a team of restaurant staff to deliver an outstanding dining experience.

Duties:

- Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders- Oversee the setup and organization of the dining area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed- Train new employees on restaurant procedures, customer service standards, and safety protocols- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner- Implement and enforce food safety standards and hygiene practices- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain quality control in food production

Skills:

- Strong team management skills- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation processes- Exceptional leadership abilities to motivate and guide staff members- Bartending experience is a plus- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices- Culinary background is advantageous
