About this Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Cross Portfolio Value Lead to work in a new cross-functional customer value team, to drive the Awareness, Consideration and Purchase of additional products and services from our base of current customers. This role is to plan and execute a programme of work designed to find the most effective way to increase our customers life-time value with Admiral. Starting with the customer and how they perceive their insurance and FS products, and then working left into the execution and operation of sales processes this will be a role which covers every customer touch point with Admiral across EUI, Pioneer and Money.

You'll work with the Customer Experience and Insight team, the marketing and brand teams, and work across the operation including. Direct, Digital and aggregator teams to ensure that we're most effective at communicating, raising awareness and consideration of our products to our 7m customers.

We're looking for an energetic, customer obsessed, data-drive and operationally savvy individual who can create and test hypothesis across a number of channels and then tell a story about how best to create Customer Value. You are proactive, engaging and able to influence - you should also be able to spot patterns in data and understand customer journeys and propensity models to make sure we put the right product in the right place at the right time. You should be a quick and curious learner, with a growth mindset, and able to build data analytics and testing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cross Product Value mapping
    • Understand the right unique selling points for our products and how these USPs are communicated in the right channel
    • Create a value framework for products led by customer research - how do customers perceive car and travel, how do customers buy home and car and so forth
    • Understanding the life time product value and how products are “better together”
  • Communication and collaboration
    • Being highly visible across the teams, providing input for decision making, and participating in different forums.
    • Communicating efficiently with stakeholders ensuring we are making data-informed, and customer led decisions.
    • Collaborating with peers and stakeholders from all relevant areas of the business.
    • Creation, implementation, and maintenance of ad-hoc and periodical business reports and data visualisation.
    • Staying up to date with emerging trends and technology bringing innovation to serve better our customers.
  • Internal PR
    • Creating fun, energy and a programme of change to evangelise cross sell
    • Understanding the measures of success for each of the teams and creating ideas for incentivising this activity
  • Compliance and Risk mindset
    • Working with colleagues to ensure that we are staying compliant with relevant ASA and FCA regulation when it comes to cross selling, specifically around key terms, the use of data in sales, and how we work across entities

  • Experience of different distribution channels and how to drive change
  • Experience of change in large organisations and how to galvanise large teams around a common goal
  • Understanding of a vast array of products and how they work together
