Capgemini is seeking a Genesys Engineer t o join Capgemini Financial Services Digital Practice. This is a permanent, full-time position in London, UK and this represents a unique opportunity for someone to enhance their Digital Consulting career.

What you'll do

  • Responsible for designing developing and maintaining customer experience solutions using the Genesys Cloud platform
  • This role requires a deep understanding of contact center technologies cloud infrastructure and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to deliver top notch customer service solutions
  • Design develop and implement customer experience solutions on the Genesys Cloud CX platform
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Develop and maintain custom integrations and APIs to enhance the functionality of the Genesys Cloud platform
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Genesys Cloud environment
  • Conduct regular performance tuning optimization and maintenance of Genesys Cloud solutions
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients as needed Stay up to date with the latest features and updates of the Genesys
  • Cloud platform and integrate them into existing solutions Ensure all solutions comply with industry standards security policies and best practices

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience as a Genesys Cloud CX Developer or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in developing solutions using the Genesys Cloud CX platform In depth knowledge of contact centre technologies and cloud infrastructure
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java JavaScript Python or similar Proficiency in RESTful APIs and web services
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in customer experience and contact center solutions
  • Version control expertise such as GitHub Prior experience building and maintaining a Genesys platform via Genesys CX as a Code Genesys Certified e g Professional Architect or Developer
