We are a dynamic and dedicated team, passionate about community inclusion and safety. We're now seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our leadership team as our new Vice-Chair.
The Role:
As our Vice-Chair, you will play a key role in supporting our Chair in leading our organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the planning, organisation, and decision-making processes of the association. You will work closely with our Chair, committee members, and staff to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chair in preparing for and attending meetings, taking minutes and action points as required
- Provide support and guidance to committee members and staff as needed
- Collaborate with the Chair to develop and implement strategic plans and policies
- Represent the organisation at external events and meetings as required
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports
- Help to identify and mitigate risks to the organisation
