Location: Cirencester Office 2 days per week and 3 days remote

We have an excellent opportunity to join our Partner Finance Division, Our Team are seeking a full-time person to join them on an exciting journey to provide a first-class service for our Partnership and Field Management Team (FMT). You will be identifying, accessing and conversing on queries and ensure they are prioritised, acknowledged and resolved.
Who are we looking for:
We are looking for an excellent communicator, with a passion for providing a first class service, you will be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail, enjoy organising, coordinating and have a flare for Outlook and Excel
What you'll be doing:
- Completing a range of Partnership requests. These will include SJP commutations, Assignments, and client servicing agreements.
- Support the operations SME's (subject matter experts) with the co-ordination of documents required and completing complex transfers following the completion of wealth transactions.
- Adopt a continuous improvement mentality, ensuring that any identified process gaps result in an enhanced quality control framework.
Special Requirements:
- Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally by employing a broad range of communication techniques.
- Strong administration skills, with good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Excel knowledge of V-look up and Macros is paramount
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative as well as being able to work as part of the team, supporting team members where required.
