Pay Rate: £23,795.20 Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Sunday to Thursday 22:00-06:00 Location: Coventry - CV6 4BX

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Inventory and Admin Clerk to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Management & booking of inbound deliveries.
• Investigating and responding to a wide variety of customer queries.
• Stock checking and adjustments / balancing.
• Daily report production and reporting key figures to senior management.
• Liaising with the customer via telephone and e-mail.
• Dealing with items containing chocolate.

Will be required to talk to / assist drivers and 3rd party representatives face-to-face.
