Job Responsibility:

Job Description: Inbound Sales Executive Mission: The Inbound Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales revenue by converting inbound leads into customers. The person in this role must have exceptional sales skills and be able to develop a strong understanding of Schneider products and services. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with potential customers, and the ability to quickly identify and respond to customer needs. Intellect, tenacity and organisation are a must to succeed in this role as is the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities:
  • Direct responsibility for acting as first point of contact for any customer who has requested support.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads via phone and email, educating potential customers on Schneiders products and services.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals
  • Support regular sales campaigns within the department, with sales support, engagement in organising activities and material to support the sales culture within the department.
  • General housekeeping of customer information & recording of calls using the CRM system. Ensuring the customer details and contact information is continually maintained.
  • Develop and maintain a broad understanding of the Schneider Electric product and service offering. Engage in regular training and self-learning to ensure you are able to educate customers on new products and communicate the Schneider Value proposition.
Qualifications: Skills and attributes:
  • Previous professional experience
  • Sales experience preferred
Education
  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • Engineering or technical background preferred
