About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity within our sales team for a Golf Sales Coordinator. The Golf Sales Coordinator will oversee the efficient and professional co-ordination of all Suite Golf and residential Golf packages at The Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa, always providing exceptional customer care as well as maximizing revenue-making opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure prompt, efficient, and professional service is delivered to all parties interested in residential golf packages & group wholesale bookings at the Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa.
  • Process residential golf packages enquiries and maintain efficient chases for converting enquiries to provisional/confirmed bookings via Delphi & Resort Suite.
  • Ensure billing details are accurate and payments procedures for each residential golf package are organized in compliance with Hotel Policy.
  • Processing of group bookings and invoices on behalf of the wider Golf Sales team.
  • Correspond with each client as appropriate, confirming all details relating to the event in question at each stage of the booking process, as required by Hotel Standards.
  • Support the Associate Director of Sales - Wholesale, DSA and wider Golf Sales team to strengthen and maintain relationships with key wholesale partners.
  • Work closely with the Golf sales team to utilise packages to deliver larger groups across the market segments.
  • Ensure external invoices are processed in an efficient and accurate manner.

About You

You will be a confident, enthusiastic and driven individual with sales experience. Ideally you will have experience of working within a hospitality setting. You will be a strong communicator and have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.

Salary

This is an exciting permanent opportunity, working 40 hours per week. A competitive salary is offered, depending on experience, along with a vast range of associate benefits.
