Job Responsibility:
Showroom Sales Consultant required for Dream Doors Sefton & Ormskirk, who are part of the UK's leading and award-winning Kitchen makeover company. We specialise in renovating existing kitchens typically saving customers 50% of the cost of a brand-new kitchen.
We also offer the option of supplying and fitting a brand-new kitchen if the existing kitchen cannot be updated.
Due to our continued growth and success, we are now recruiting for a Part-Time Showroom Sales Consultant to work in the Sefton & Ormskirk showroom.
THE ROLE
- As a Showroom Sales Consultant you will be the first point of contact for customers coming to the showroom
- You will be showing customers the products and services on offer e.g. Kitchen doors, worktops, handles, appliances etc.
- Arranging and booking sales appointments for a member of the team to carry out a home visit to quote and sign up the sale and creating a minimum of 10 sales appointments per week
- Taking and making phone calls from potential and existing customers
- Following up internet and email lead enquiries
- Helping customers choose colours, styles etc for their kitchen as well as offering any additional solutions
- Updating internal CRM systems on a daily basis
- Ensuring the showroom is clean and tidy at all times
- You will also be carrying out general admin duties e.g., quotations and other admin work as required
- This is a Part-Time role working 2/3 days a week
- Hours include Saturdays and additional holiday cover
- Working as a part of a small team, helping out in all departments as business dictates
- Up to 26 Hours Per Week
- Wage Negotiable depending on experience
THE PERSON
- The successful Showroom Sales Consultant MUST have similar experience in a role with significant customer interaction
- You MUST have previous lead development and sales experience
- Previous experience working with Kitchens, Bathrooms, Bedrooms, DIY, Electrical, Home Furnishing etc. would be advantageous
- A friendly disposition and ability to engage with customers is essential
- Enthusiasm and a strong interest in home improvements
- The successful candidate must be able to work independently, often looking after the showroom on your own
- Confident, able to convert an enquiry into a lead or home visit
- Able to work every other Saturday with additional hours as required - HOURS TBC
- You must be IT proficient, able to use email, Word, Excel and the Microsoft suite
- You MUST have excellent customer service skills with great customer-facing skills
- Hands-on and happy to help within all departments
- Live within a commutable distance to the showroom
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,693.00-£27,479.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 - 26 per week
