Start Date: June 2024

Hybrid: Onsite in offices in Bolton

Working Hours: 9am - 4.30pm ( Mon - Thurs ) / 9am - 2.30pm ( Fri )

Office Based: Tue / Wed / Thur - WFH on Monday's and Fridays

Outshine are recruiting for an experienced sales / business developer to join our growing team on a full time or part time basis. Due to continued growth in the last 6 months, we are expanding our team further to facilitate new and exciting campaigns.

Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calling- Uncover new sales opportunities- Arrange qualified meetings and generate new leads- Create, manage and nuture a pipeline of leads

Experience:- Minimum of 2 years in sales ( B2B prefered )- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets- Strong telephone experience, specifically in outbound calling- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
