Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Kitchen Designer + Showroom Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our showroom, responsible for engaging with customers, driving sales, and managing day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a cosy and inspiring environment, where you will have the freedom to innovate and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in the showroom, provide information, build relationships, and turn inquiries into sales.
  • Showroom Management: Maintain the showroom's appearance, manage inventory, conduct admin tasks and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Design Work: Create kitchen designs and detailed drawings with software. Collaborate on full home renovation projects with the rest of the team.
  • Project Management: Oversee the sales process from initial inquiry to completion. Manage product orders, deliveries, drawing production and installations.
  • Sales Development: Build connections with designers, architects, and developers. Seek out and approach potential clients to drive sales.
  • Learning and Development: Take initiative in self-learning to become a specialist in your sector. Contribute ideas on improving processes and growing the company.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience in the kitchen industry is essential.
  • Skills: Experience in WinnerFlex and ArchiCAD preferred (or a strong ability to learn the software), strong project management skills, excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle a varied list of tasks and timelines.
  • Personality: Friendly, presentable, and passionate about Nordic design. An eye for detail and an independent thinker with great problem-solving skills. Takes initiative and responsibility for their own development.
  • Efficient: Able to work to deadlines
