How you'll make an impact: A bit about the job: In this role you will be helping customers to find insurance policies that meet their needs. We specialise in Caravan, Motorhome, Car, Home and Pet Insurance. We are currently running schemes for BMW Motorrad and the Post Office, as well as our own Devitt brand. This role requires no cold calling and will utilise your communication skills to build rapport and provide excellent customer service to existing clients. You might need to balance multiple tasks at the same time, utilise a range of systems and will work in a dynamic, friendly, agile team. About you:

Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Previous call centre experience is not necessary. We provide full training which covers everything from our product range to our phone system. It's all very simple with the right training and support
  • We are looking for candidates who are passionate about providing outstanding customer service, this means that you put the customer first and take pride in the quality of your work
  • We hire great people from lots of different backgrounds. Some of our Customer Service had experience of working for other insurance companies or in call centres before joining us, but lots of our colleagues join us from jobs within retail, hospitality, care, education, or sales and share our passion for helping people
  • Qualifications are not essential, but you will be able to perform basic maths tasks, use IT systems and have a keen eye for detail
  • You will enjoy speaking to people and will use your outstanding communication skills to speak openly and expertly on the phone to customers. You will be able to build strong rapport and take a genuine interest in their needs
  • Great team working skills, we work together to help our customers, share ideas to help each other and have lots of fun working together!
  • You will be motivated by working to exceed targets and will combine that focus with the need to always do the right thing for our customers with a dedicated attitude combined with the highest degree of ethics and integrity in client focus.
