​​Member Services Representative

We are looking for a full time Member Services Representative to work from our Silsden, West Yorkshire office. You won't be asked to work evenings and weekends, so this is the perfect role to fit around your life, family and friends.

​We are looking for outstanding and confident communicators who will deal directly with our Members, helping them with the administration of their Savings and/or Mortgage Accounts.

​​It is not essential to have previous experience, but you do need to have the willingness to learn and to develop.

​You will be confident speaking on the telephone and using other means of communication including emails and you will have strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail. You will already be a confident IT user, and we will train you further in our software packages.
