Job Description Bank Administration Assistant (Fitzwilliam Hospital) - Bank Hours The Role Exciting opportunities have arisen at Fitzwilliam Hospital. We are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal and customer services skills. You will be joining one of our successful teams. The successful applicants will take pride in ensuring all our patients receive a first class experience. Other aspects of the role are; working with different stakeholders within the business such as; Consultants/ Medical Secretaries and the Senior Leadership team. You will need to have the ability to organise and prioritise your own workload whilst working under pressure, be target driven and have a proven track record of achieving results. High-level duties include:
- Patient enquiries
- Consultation bookings
- Theatre bookings
- Outpatient bookings
- Liaising with secretaries & consultants
- Supporting patients with their enquiries
- Communication via phones and emails
What you'll bring with you
- Proven track record of achieving targets whilst maintaining an outstanding level of customer service
- The ability to work under pressure whilst remaining patient/ consumer focused
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills to include Excel and Word
- Experience working in a private healthcare setting is preferred
