Manorcourt Homecare are recruiting for on call coordinators to support our branch network with their out of hours service.

Working as part of a team you will be required to support the care team with any queries or issues they have while the office is closed, liaising with our clients when carers are running late and making sure the clients are communicated with effectively.

The on call team provide a service across 7 days a week, covering the phones at the following times:

Monday to Friday:

6am - 9am and 5pm - 10pm

Saturday and Sunday

6am - 10pm (split shift)
