Wembley Stadium Permanent, Full Time Competitive Salary + Flexible Benefits Summary NG Bailey Facilities Services provide Mechanical, Electrical and Building fabric maintenance to Wembley Stadium and are currently recruiting a Compliance Coordinator. The Compliance Coordinator, part of a small compliance and permits team will lead the review of RAMS, issuing of Permits and managing contractors safely on and off of site. Working at Wembley Stadium, The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance, Company and Client policy and procedural compliance and have the utmost regard for staff, contractor and public safety. Working hours are 40 hours Monday to Friday Week 1 0700-1600 Week 2 0900-1800 repeat Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
  • Lead the induction, learning and permit processes as part of a small team based within the Permit Office.
  • Review Contractor RAMS for approval in advance of works.
  • Visit work sites to assess work for compliance to site and business policy.
  • Ensure correct Permit to Work implemented.
  • Coordinate and participate in the investigation of incidents, accidents and near misses.
  • Prepare monthly SHE reports, statistics and presentations related to Permit Office performance.
  • Establish Safe Work Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures and Safe Work Instructions for tasks as and when required and drive continuous improvement.
What we're looking for: We are looking for an individual who has experience of managing H&S / Permit processes within a building maintenance environment that wants to expand their knowledge in the home of football, Wembley Stadium. Wembley is not just an empty stadium when not open for events, it is the home to the FA, corporate events and even University courses taking place. Then there is excitement of the variety of events that take place across the year. The successful candidate will have a NEBOSH or similar high level H&S qualification and permit to work and isolation experience. You will also be analytical with excellent communication skills and the ability write comprehensive reports.
