Job Responsibility:

Due to successful business growth, the Learning and Development team have an exciting new role for an L&D Digital Administrator to join the Barchester family.

Hybrid role, with fortnightly visits to our London Office located in Finsbury Square.

The Digital Administrator will provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team for digital systems training and initiatives to ensure accuracy of records and smooth running of administrative processes.

Barchester Healthcare is one of the UK's market leading healthcare providers being the third largest in the UK with over 250 nursing homes and hospitals across the country. With a successful new builds programme with 10 new build homes being built and opened every year for the next three years, we are rapidly and successfully expanding.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for promotion, scheduling and recording of digital systems training

  • Ensure training records are entered accurately and updated and in a timely manner

  • Deal with general enquiries via from staff via phone and email regarding digital systems and training

  • Create, maintain and distribute training guidance and resources for digital systems

  • Liaise with external training agencies and assist with processing and recording of invoices

  • Produce and issue reports on digital systems training

Experience and skills required:

  • Experience working within a fast paced administrative role

  • Confident in working to deadlines

  • Good verbal and written skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong organizational skills and have the ability to multi-task

  • Good eye for detail
