Job Responsibility:

Head of Onboarding Change ManagementLondon As a Barclays Head of Onboarding Change Management you'll be involve with driving Transformation and shaping Change practices across WCOB services as we strive to achieve “best in class” performance for change delivery within WCOB on behalf of our Corporate and Investment Banking clients. You will be part of the WCOB Change Team reporting into the Head of WCOB Change and will be responsible for facing off to Service leads on all things Change to drive transformation improvements in end-to-end efficiency, control, client/colleague experience.

What will you be doing?

  • Engaging with service leads and business stakeholders across Corporate and Investment Banks to define the 3-year roadmap to form an achievable delivery plan
  • Driving the transformation agenda for key services within WCOB across complex large and small change initiatives, linked to critical business, policy and business change
  • Driving concepts/projects from mobilisation through delivery to closure facing off to senior Business, Operations, Functions, Technology and Programme stakeholders
  • Being responsible for identifying, defining, evaluating, planning, tracking and realising the outcomes and benefits of change initiatives
  • Building stakeholder relationship, taking account of their levels of influence and interest to secure consensus and conflict resolution
  • Being responsible for reviewing and continuously improve processes and outcomes of change initiatives through ‘lessons learnt' embedding improvements within daily practices

What we're looking for:

  • An experienced in change professional with the ability to challenge the status quo, questioning established processes to drive innovation/transformation
  • A track record of successfully influencing, supporting and fostering partnerships with stakeholders
  • Effective communication (oral, written and presentation) and influencing skills with experience in PowerPoint and delivering/presenting key messages to senior stakeholders
  • Understanding of WCOB activities including client/customer/product onboarding and refresh

Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Experience of operating in a highly matrixed and business-technology environment
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines across competing priorities
