To build, evolve and embed the Digital Insights Engine; analyzing, interpreting, synthesizing, integrating as appropriate relevant e-Commerce data sets to identify trends and actionable insights that can be liberated across the business to enable digital and wider business decisions. Passion for growing digital commerce through recommendations grounded in data and insights. Utilize partnerships and insights to stand up new processes/tools/frameworks to accelerate category and mars share growth. Support clear, consistent measurement of priority KPIs through aligning the KPIs and the set-up of dashboarding. This is a new role to ensure we have the right technical skills internally to direct and lead our internal teams and agency partners to leverage digital commerce data effectively.

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years' experience in category insights, CPG, digital agency, or strategic consulting roles

  • 3+ years of experience working in digital insights, SEO, and digital shelf experience

  • Experience assimilating extensive amounts of detailed data to see the big picture, providing actionable and influential recommendations. Understanding of digital analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Stackline, Profitero, eFundamentals, Data Impact or similar products. Candidate should also be familiar with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI

  • Experience with Digital A/B testing

  • Demonstrated ability to translate insights into actionable solutions and ability to apply them to appropriately address business issues.

  • Ability to create new business processes based upon key insights, alignment with key stakeholders and drive meaningful business impact.

  • Collaborate with retailer partners, examples using insights to influence and change strategy for evident improvement

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Build and evolve the Digital Voice of the Pet Parent Platform leveraging and combine digital commerce data sets including digital shelf providers e.g. efundamentals, profitero, data weave, rating and reviews data e.g. bazaar voice, yogi, social listening sets e.g. sprinklr, performance e.g. similarweb, stackline, nielsen etc into an insights engine, lead management and evolution of agency partners

  • Build a deep understanding of the Digital Pet Parent User Journeys, Combine existing data sets and identify knowledge gaps building a plan to address these, liberate the insights for growth

  • Develop and manage Global Dashboard & Reporting Transformations in partnership with DT, D&A & CMI teams including retailer performance, digital shelf performance, retail media performance, category leadership, leading & identifying best data sets, KPI formulas, layouts, reporting to democratize data in the organization

  • Develop the learning agenda for the Perfect Digital Experience Program, through the deep understanding of the digital pet parent user journey identify opportunities to evolve the perfect digital experience program, codifying insights into global key beliefs and ensure insights are liberated internally and for strategic customers. Spark new thinking and a culture of experimentation through test and learn best practice in partnership with the OE perfect store/experience teams to fuel future key beliefs and evolve the program
