Job Responsibility:

The 5 Bubble award winning Garage Spa is recruiting.

We are looking for Level 3 qualified and experienced Spa Therapist/Receptionist for the Garage Spa which opened in 2016, to provide a full range of elemis treatments plus a range of other treatments to Hotel guests and Spa clients.

The Garage Spa is one of the best places in the North East for Spa Treatments, it is essential that the ideal candidate has a positive attitude, flawless technique and is not afraid of hard work.

The Garage Spa offers a full range of Elemis treatments as part of the spa experience.

The role will involve providing full body massage treatments, facials and other treatments to Hotel guests and Spa members to the standard set by the Hotel. You will be delivering the highest possible standards of customer service to our guests and clients and providing a wide range of treatments.

Some Reception duties will be required for the day to day running of the department, therefore a good telephone manner and computer skills will enable you to book appointments & promote products & treatments.

As part of the team of therapists you will be friendly and professional and responsible for delivering the highest standards of service to ensure our guests enjoy the most relaxing spa experience.

Flexible working hours are available for this positions across a 7 day week, with shifts from 8 hours upwards.

Spa therapist duties will include:

· guest meet and greet,

· treatments,

· general spa duties to maintain standards of treatments rooms and guest areas.

In addition you will be encouraged to participate in brand and product training and spa development.

Knowledge of spa operating system, Core Premier Spa, is preferred but not essential and training will be given.

Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour
