We are currently seeking an Internal Sales & Installations Administrator to join our dynamic team in-house support team in supporting the sales and installation department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales activities.

Parksafe Group supply and manufacture a comprehensive range of reliable, quality assured vehicle safety solutions for the Automotive industry. We have supplied the automotive industry for over 30 years which has established us as a leading automotive product supplier.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Inbound & outbound phone support.
  • Arranging engineer visits.
  • Checking engineer compliance.
  • Adding orders and installations to the system.
  • Customer Service level agreements.
  • Liaising with service and installation engineers on jobs.
  • Customer service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • A proactive approach with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
  • Proven experience in office administration or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software (such as ERP systems).
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies are advantageous.
