We are currently seeking an Internal Sales & Installations Administrator to join our dynamic team in-house support team in supporting the sales and installation department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales activities.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Inbound & outbound phone support.
- Arranging engineer visits.
- Checking engineer compliance.
- Adding orders and installations to the system.
- Customer Service level agreements.
- Liaising with service and installation engineers on jobs.
- Customer service.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
- A proactive approach with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Proven experience in office administration or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software (such as ERP systems).
- Qualifications in secretarial studies are advantageous.
