About this role The Student Wellbeing Administrator provides administrative support to the Wellbeing team (Mental Health, Health, Counselling and Student Advisers), which sits within the wider Student Support and Wellbeing department. The role involves dealing with student enquiries, handling sensitive and personal information with confidentiality at all times and supporting colleagues. The post holder will support the administration of the new student support case management system, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date, and will also provide administrative support to the Mental Health Advisers as well maintaining online and physical information resources and helping to organise events and workshops to promote the service. About you The appointed postholder will have excellent organisational, planning and time management skills with ability to review existing processes and procedures and identify practical improvements. You will have experience of working to tight deadlines and effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to respond to queries from students, staff and external agencies in a helpful and flexible manner. About the team The Students, Support and Information Services department provides a wide range of services including a comprehensive and confidential welfare and support service for all students at the University of Chichester, ranging from practical advice to financial assistance. Support for students with disabilities and/or learning difficulties is provided by the Disability and Dyslexia service, with international support being offered by the Chichester International Advice service. The Health and Wellbeing team also offers a wider range of support services such as Student Mental Health, Health drop-ins, Wellbeing advice and guidance appointments, and Counselling.
