Do you have knowledge of a variety of ICT packages including Microsoft and experience of utilising a data management system and Excel? As a Building Defects Administrator, you will support our Building Defects and Disrepair Team to deliver a first-class repairs service. You will liaise with our customers, external agencies, contractors and other teams daily. You will be responsible for raising works on our systems and coordinating with contractors. You will provide excellent customer service to our customers by providing regular updates on works and repairs, whilst ensuring all systems are maintained, preparing documentation and coordinating the collation of data as required.

This is a busy and demanding role where you will utilise excellent customer service skills to liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholder. Through effective time management skills, you will be motivated and enthusiastic taking ownership of problems and challenges to achieve a positive result for our customers.
