Job Responsibility:
Part Time Call Handler/Receptionist
4.30pm - 6.30pm Monday - Friday
We are looking to recruit a part-time call handler/receptionist to help ensure the smooth running of the a very busy GP Practice. Candidates will be expected to act as a point of contact for communication between patients, doctors, nursing staff and other members of the primary care health team. Candidates should have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working both as part of a team and alone. You will be working in a fast paced environment where no 2 days are ever the same. You will be expected to deal with patients both on the telephone and face to face We offer a full induction program which will cover all aspects of training for the job. Previous experience of telephone communications and face to face public contact is desirable but not essential. Computer literacy will be required but full training will be given on our in house systems.
The successful candidate may be required to work additional hours to cover holidays and sickness so some flexibility is required
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
