About the Role

As a Remuneration and Benefits Project Support member, you will actively contribute to the comprehensive evaluation and enhancement of our remuneration and benefits structure. This involves the analysis of roles across the organisation, benchmarking against industry standards, and supporting the development of a reward matrix that aligns with the current and future growth plans of Beauparc.

  • To be to work with key stakeholders and project members (HR Leads, Finance/Payroll) to extract, cleanse and organise, verify HR/payroll data, and then to organise and store as the primary source of information for the project.
  • Record and monitor project key assumptions, local variabilities of pay agreements (non/contractual and status quo), track changes to terms (individual and group basis).
  • Play an active role in the development and administration of the job analysis model, its implementation, and reporting to key stakeholders (employees, Leaders/managers, functions).
  • Completion of a sensitivity analysis and impact assessments for specified roles/job families, and risk mitigations.
  • To assist in the development and integration of supportive governance documentation. Ensure clarity on roles and responsibilities, and trackability of decisions and instructions.
  • To support the HR Leads in annual / ad hoc remuneration review process for employees/ job groups including research and advice on market conditions, sector trends and statutory changes.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous experience of taking an active lead/contribution to the development of a reward and job role analysis programme within a HR/Payroll function. An appreciation of a multi-cultural organisation, comparable sector is advantageous.
  • Awareness and appreciation of current industry sector initiatives in reward, recognition, retention, and job analysis programmes.
  • Project management skills of organisation-wide change from concept to deployment and have an appreciation of ‘People' consequences at implementation.
  • Excellent analytical skills, challenging, questioning data (numerical and manual HR Files) and information presented, and have a highly creative approach to solving complex issues.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, highly analytical with the ability to manipulate large data sets as required. Experience with statistical modelling, data visualisations using either PowerBI or similar reporting tools is advantageous.
  • Organised, methodical and has a strong attention to and desire to operate at a high level of detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively or independently.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Be able to evidence effective relationship management, working across all levels of the organisation, and have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
