Job Responsibility:
Job Title: Admin for CAMHS CPE (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service - Common Point of Entry)
Location: London House, London Road, Bracknell, RG12 2UT
Hours: 37,5 hours per week, within Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Trust: Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin to join our team at London House in Bracknell. This temporary role, lasting 4-6 months, has been created to assist with managing our current waiting list.
What you'll be responsible for:
· Document Verification: Check documents received via email and post to ensure all submitted information is correct.
· Communication: Contact parents, carers, GPs, and schools to rectify any errors in the documentation.
· Data Management: Upload verified documents to the patient database with a high level of accuracy.
· Initiative: Work independently to complete tasks efficiently.
You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You'll have the following skills/experience:
· Experience: Previous experience in an office or customer care environment.
· Skills: Competent and experienced administrator with strong IT skills.
· Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all tasks.
· Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.
