Job Responsibility:

Our Client, a well stabilised Insolvency practice located in Stockport are looking for Insolvency Administrators to join their growing team.

Working under the Team Leader, you will be responsible for all aspects of Pre-appointment IVA, from the initial case review right through to setting the meeting of creditors - maintaining compliance with internal policies, the Insolvency Act, Insolvency Rules and relevant Statement of Insolvency Practices (SIPs).

Your role & responsibilities.

● Liaise with the advisory team and complete initial case review to ensure accuracy of information.

● Liaise with the client in all aspects, obtaining further documentation / evidence, if required, including 3 way calls to gather further information if necessary.

● Draft an IVA proposal with accuracy.

● Complete Proposal call, in which sending out the proposal, talking through the document with the client and walking them through the electronic signing process.

● Maintain case records and relevant Management Information.

● Ad-hoc duties and projects as required.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

● A good understanding of all aspects of Pre appointment IVA and objection handling would be preferred but not essential.

● A sound knowledge of all debt solutions preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

● Excellent organisation skills and able to prioritise and manage workload.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Attention to detail.

● Ability to work in conjunction with other teams and provide support where necessary

● Problem solving and analytical skills.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

● Previous experience in working in debt advice and/or personal insolvency preferred, but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £25,000.00 per year depending upon experience.
