We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with Payroll experience to join our administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for multiple companies on a monthly basis. This includes calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports as required.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other financial legislation.
  • Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper, with a strong understanding of payroll processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
