Job Responsibility:

The 4* Roker Hotel are recruiting for an experienced Hotel Human Resources Manager on a permanent part-time basis (3 days / 24 hours per week).

As the Human Resources Manager you will support the General Manager and department heads to deliver and manage the HR function within the property.

The ideal Human Resources Manager will have:

• Experience in the Human Resources function, ideally in a stand alone role and within a hotel environment.
• Generalist all round HR experience to include: Recruitment; GDPR, Employee relations and Statutory Compliance
• The confidence to act as an advisor to Senior Management and HOD's, providing guidance on legal issues and best practice.
• A passion for the hospitality industry
• A CIPD or equivalent qualification
• Good interpersonal skills and self-confidence with the ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of HR service with a genuine and approachable manner
• A thorough and organised approach
