Job Description This is a hybrid role where you'll work at least two days a week alongside your colleagues in the office.

How you'll change it up
You'll be supporting our Billing Specialist in the day to day running of our billing process, including tasks like raising invoices, ensuring our customers receive accurate and timely bills, and efficiently onboarding new customers.
You'll also have the opportunity to provide support, and contribute to, a project focussed on overhauling our billing processes, working to ensure we have automated systems in place that work long-term as CityFibre continues to grow. This might include things like investigating data queries and looking at current billing and CRM systems to understand what is and is not working.
What you'll bring to the role
You'll already come from a finance background with experience of efficiently dealing with invoices and billing queries, as well as having some specific exposure to working in the telecoms sector. You'll also bring the following:
- Good Excel skills - pivot tables and lookups etc.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations
