This is working Sunday - Thursday from 7pm - 5am, Saturday and Sunday from 5am - 7pm and Friday and Saturday evening from 7pm - 5am

We also recognise everyone plays their part to provide amazing service.

On top of your salary you canearn up to £1,000 service charge per quarter (points based criteria for eligibility).

About the Role

• Working as part of the team and been flexible to the needs of the business
• Maintain kitchen hygiene standard at all times
• Following all health & safety / COSHH protocol
• Taking direction from the chefs to do cleaning and basic food preparation jobs
• Ensuring opening & closing checklists are complete to ensure the kitchen is always ready for the next shift
• Do all the above whilst following the core values of Rudding Park.
