• Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with various teams outside their development teams (e.g., design, compliance, marketing) to ensure smooth integration and communication.

• Navigate unexpected challenges, adjust priorities as needed, and ensure teams adapt to evolving requirements or technical complexities

• Take accountability for the successful delivery of projects or product features, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring teams meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations.

• Be the essential communication point between teams and stakeholders, keeping everyone informed of progress, challenges, and upcoming milestones to ensure transparency and manage expectations.

• Tackle intricate domain projects or product improvements, leveraging seasoned expertise to navigate complex technical challenges.

• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, tools, and methodologies across the department, championing best practices and new initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.

Who we are looking for

• Extensive experience in Agile methodologies, including scaling for large teams, with strong skills in planning, scheduling, dependency, and risk management to keep projects on track.

• Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented environment through effective coaching, mentorship, and hands-on line management.

• Expertise in aligning project delivery with company strategy, coupled with exceptional change management skills to navigate resistance and implement improvements.

• Clear communication with teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment and manage expectations, combined with an analytical mindset for optimizing delivery through data-driven insights.
