Job Responsibility:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yardman to join our team at a busy precast concrete manufacturing facility near Warminster. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and experience in yard operations or construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organising and maintaining the yard to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Loading and unloading precast concrete products and materials
• Operating forklifts and telehandlers
• Assisting with the preparation and dispatch of orders
• General site maintenance and cleanliness
• Supporting production teams as required

Requirements:

• Previous yard or construction site experience preferred
• Forklift or telehandler licence and experience is essential
• Good level of physical fitness
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Punctual, reliable, and a team player
