Job Responsibility:

Up to £60,000 (depending on experience) plus bonus

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to join our team in North Wales. If you know your way around a P&L, have great communication and presentation skills with all levels of stakeholders in a variety of different forums we want to hear from you.

As a Regional Relationship Manager (RRM) you'll be working with our Partners to create and deliver a live, local business plan, based on the Specsavers annual plan. You'll use your influencing and coaching skills to create an inspiring environment where Partners work together to solve problems and achieve success. You'll provide support for the advancement of the region, working closely with Regional Chairs, bringing the group, divisional and regional agenda to life.

You'll be responsible for the growth, development, and profitability of the optical and contact lens businesses within the region, identifying opportunities to drive sales growth and sustainable profitability.

Our RRM's work closely with our Partners and will typically spend three or four days a week on the road within your region, and visit businesses in the region every six weeks, to ensure a supportive and nurturing relationships with the Partners in their region. You'll be part of a wider team of RRMs supported by the General Manager for your division.

You'll play a key part in talent pipelining to identify and encourage future Partners to attend our Pathway programme, whilst providing coaching & mentoring support for all Pathway candidates.
