Event Assistant

Overview:

Join our team as an Event Assistant and contribute to the seamless execution of memorable events. As an Event Assistant, you will play a key role in events operations, ensuring successful outcomes for both clients and attendees.

Duties:

- Assist in the execution of events, including setup, breakdown, and food and beverage services

- Work alongside the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure function rooms are clean and setup against SOP and to client requirements

- Welcome meeting and event organisers and run through daily timings

- Ensure food service is hot and on time as per client specification

Experience:

- Prior experience in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant settings is advantageous

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests

- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Prior knowledge of conference setups and experience in weddings and events delivery preferred.
