First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) has an exciting opportunity for an Home Ownership Administrator to join our, friendly team to work with us to provide a comprehensive and high-quality admin support for the Homeownership Service on a permanent basis.

You will take ownership and responsibility for any service-related enquiries, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service is always maintained. Ensuring that services we deliver are customer focused and responsive to our homeowner needs. The post covers a wide range of duties assisting with the day-to-day management of our Leasehold and Shared Ownership properties.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Demonstrable evidence of working in a customer service/focussed environment.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Problem solving skills
  • Willingness to take on new learning
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of service charges would be a definite advantage
  • Knowledge of the NEC (Northgate) Housing Management System.
  • Understands the importance of equality, diversity and inclusion and demonstrates this by treating colleagues and customers fairly and equitably
  • Has a full UK driving licence
