Do you have a passion for data and analytics and the drive to make a difference in a dynamic and innovative HR team? If so, this is the role for you. As a HR Analytics Partner, you'll report into our Head of HR Analytics and provide data-driven insights that inform key HR trends, solve business problems, and support decision making. You will be able to create engaging and interactive dashboards and reports in Excel, Tableau, and PowerBI that tell compelling stories and communicate your findings effectively. You will partner and collaborate with HR colleagues to identify data needs, design data models, and provide recommendations to improve HR processes.

What will your day look like?

  • Create and maintain interactive HR dashboards and reports in PowerBI and Tableau that provide meaningful insights and enable effective decision-making.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that provide data-led solutions to real business problems.
  • Automate regular reports that are required for HR and the wider business.
  • Partner closely with the HR team to understand data needs, design data models, and provide recommendations to improve HR processes.
  • Present findings and recommendations through visualizations, presentations, and written reports.
  • Develop and build predictive data models that anticipate future scenarios and outcomes

What do we expect from you?

  • Previous experience in a similar analytics role with the proven ability to challenge and interpret data and propose actions based on it
  • You'll be proficient in the use of MS Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to a high level and have a good understanding of Word and PowerPoint
  • You'll be comfortable working to tight deadlines, able to quickly analyse and assimilate information (often from multiple sources) to make evidence-based decisions and help solve business problems
  • Able to build effective relationships with colleagues up to senior level across the broader HR teams
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills delivered through a variety of channels including the use of PowerBI and Tableau to visualize data and create dashboards for different audiences
  • Proven ability to present data concisely, with effective use of graphical representation to inform decision making and tell a story with the data
  • A degree in an analytical, technical, or mathematical discipline would be beneficial
