Location: Altens CDH (Customer Delivery Hub)

Position: Permanent

Hours: Full time hours of work (37.5 hours per week) including early shifts, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Pay: £11.75 per hour

Please note that this role involves heavy lifting.

• You will be responsible for ensuring the warehouse is supporting all the Partnership channels by managing stock coming in to and being sent out of the warehouse.

Duties will include:

• Unloading and loading stock,

• Accurately recording deliveries into the warehouse,

• Moving stock around the warehouse and

• Collecting stock for deliveries.

Job Requirements:

Applicants should have the ability to deliver excellent customer service and strive for excellence in all they do.

• The role requires a flexible approach; there will be times when you will be supporting the selling floor and other areas of the branch to meet the business needs.

Desirable experience skills and qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse role involving the movement of caged stock and manual handling would be an advantage, as would working in a retail environment.

• Basic computer skills are required to use stock control systems.
