Job Responsibility:
We are looking for a highly organised, customer focused administrator to join our friendly, fast paced recruitment team at East Surrey Hospital. It is essential that candidates have knowledge of managing the recruitment lifecycle in a multi stakeholder environment. It would also be highly desirable to have NHS recruitment experience and a working knowledge of an applicant tracking system. Key responsibilities will include; Issuing employment offers and contracts Seeking references Verifying qualifications and identity Processing criminal record (DBS) checks Ensuring recruitment files are fully compliant with policy Working hours are Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week), 0900 - 17.00.
