Job Responsibility:

In your new role, you will: Check in patients and discharge patients in/out of the unit. Prepare and process patient records for all patients. Daily organisation within the reception area . Arrange transportation, interpreters, and other support services for patients that require them. Work with our Surgical Specialities to ensure excellent patient experience and efficient care pathways. Make daily reminder calls to assist patients with their queries and effectively manage their expectations. Assist a wide variety of clinical staff with administrative tasks.
