Our People Tech team have an ambition for being insight led, by taking complex data and turning it into meaningful insight to help us develop automated dashboards that provide our business managers and leaders with the data they need to support key decision making. We are looking for a People Technology Reporting Analyst to play a pivotal role in enhancing the accuracy and integrity of our organisation's data. You will collaborate with the data and insights team to develop procedures that support our People Plans and contribute to the overall success of our People and Organisational Development Directorate. In this role you will:

  • Generate insights and stories from people data to influence key decisions.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that inform and drive our strategic direction.
  • Use your analytical skills to improve our people systems and processes.
  • Act as the voice of the data, interpreting and presenting insights in a non-technical way.
  • Work collaboratively to find new ways to analyse data and communicate findings to business stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate and relevant insights to support business objectives and help inform key decisions.

Working arrangements This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London Office. At the BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average. The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. About you We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong passion for data analysis and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related issues. With an analytical mind you'll be proficient in predictive modeling and forecasting via Excel or other tools. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, creating Pivot Tables to help analyse data, you will have excellent quantitative skills with experience analysing metrics. Having knowledge of the Workday HR system is desirable but not essential, training will be provided. To be successful in this role you will:

  • possess the intellectual curiosity to be a systematic problem solver
  • be organised and adaptable, able to manage time and multiple tasks and deadlines
  • be able to evaluate information from multiple sources to understand user behaviour to identify problems and provide solutions
  • be able to quickly and effectively generate and analyse a range of data and provide accurate and timely information to inform business decisions
  • have excellent collaboration skills, able to work effectively with teams and stakeholders
  • have experience in using a BI reporting tool (Power BI/Tableau)
